This is a key role where you will apply best practice in business change management methodology. The successful candidate will be contributing to the development of new business and user capabilities, delivering business benefits through training, communication initiatives and other change management activities.
- Experience in developing security communication and awareness plans and executing on these at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience and knowledge in using organisational change management methodologies and tools i.e. ADKAR, Prosci
- Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to deliver workforce change initiatives.
- Prior experience on large scale ICT Projects, preferably within the financial services sector.
