Change Manager

About the company:
This client is a large government entity who is currently rolling out a significant and innovative change program over the coming years that will impact a range of stakeholder groups. They currently require a Change Manager to come on board and support the change program through the rollout of an effective change management plan.

About the role:
  • Working as part of a change team you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of effective change management strategies to support an exciting business transformation that will impact frontline staff, customers and a range of stakeholders in Queensland;
  • This role will require you to provide input into toolkit’s, documents, training programs and post-go-live training support activities in line with the change management program of work;
  • You will design, develop and coordinate a range of change communications in support of engaging the impacted audience;
  • Act as a coach in the business and provide effective change management effectiveness, and work closely with the project team, line managers and other stakeholders who are change agents within the organisation;
  • Contribute to the creation of effective metrics for the project and monitor the change progress; and
  • Contribute to policies, compliance and systems to support change impact.
About you:
  • You will ideally hold relevant qualifications including change management certifications;
  • You will have experience in managing effective change strategies within medium to large and/or complex projects within a large organisation; 
  • Experience working within technology-driven transformation with a focus on project and people change experience essential;
  • Capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project management outcomes that will impact a range of stakeholders;
  • Strong change communications experience with a demonstrated background in producing effective training toolkits and other record management documents; and
  • A collaborative and cohesive approach to your style.
