About the role:

Our client is a large and well known financial services provider who are seeking an experienced Change Manager to work across a business-critical project. You will manage all aspects of change management for the project including impact assessment, business processes, delivery and training planning/delivery. You will also be managing stakeholder relationships and expectations, focusing on understanding stakeholder issues and influencing their views to resolve complex issues through a process of consultation and negotiation.

Essential Skillset:
  • Experience as a Change Manager within the professional services sector
  • Experience in working on large IT related projects.
  • Strong communication planning and delivery
  • Understanding of organisational change and project management methodologies and principles 
  • High level attention to detail
