About the role:
  • Using Salesforce as your CRM, this position is responsible for developing and acquiring new business customers, with a focus on the SME market;
  • Work with subject matter experts and solution architects to generate the best outcome for the customer using a transparent ‘go to market message’ that will put the customer first;
  • Using the ‘solution sales’ methodology, you will be responsible for acquiring customers with a focus on Voice, Mobile, Data and hosting;
  • Work through lead prospects to qualify and define quality business and nurture leads to achieve target revenue per month;
  • Engage with a range of key business stakeholders from CIO, CMO, Head of Technology, CEO and ensure you are having credible and relevant business conversations; and
  • Develop a strong business network in the Queensland market and position the business as a leader in the industry.
About you:
  • You will have a demonstrated and successful track record in telco sales along with building a business in the B2B corporate space within the ICT sector.
  • Exceptional knowledge in Data, Hosting, Mobile and Voice is essential;
  • You will have a real drive and enthusiasm to achieve results;
  • Previous experience pitching to, and building relationships with ‘C’ suite level clients and you will demonstrate exceptional communication skills both verbal and written;
  • You will be consultative in style both with internal and external contacts and will be looking to join a high performing team who like to achieve above average results; and
  • Strong business acumen will be critical.
