Our client is a large organisation based in the Brisbane CBD and they have a newly created role for a Business Analyst to play an integral part in the daily operations of their team and increase their philanthropic support. The successful candidate must be customer focused and approachable as well as build strong rapport with stakeholders and customers. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Be the "data expert" who supports the team through understanding and enhancement of their donor interactions and continue to drive better outcomes
• Data cleansing and integrity - work with the business to design and implement a structured set of procedures for maintaining data cleanliness and accuracy
• Application management and configuration
• Business Process Improvement - consulting with the team and other relevant internal stakeholders to identify, design, document and implement a set of business processes 
• Supplier Management - develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders including finance, technology and customer services 

Required Skillset:

• 3+ years minimum experience in an IT Business Analyst role
• Proven experience in database management
• Proven ability to elicit and document meaningful business requirements
• Experience working across multiple business service streams
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Desirable - experience with Salesforce or another Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
