Business Analyst

Job description

Our client is undergoing a significant ICT transformation and they have a new requirement for a Business Analyst to work as part of the Change and Business Improvement team. 

Role responsibilities:
  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and systems
  • Influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to understand the business process and customer requirements to ensure the best requirements fit and cost effective solutions are implemented
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Assist in the development of business cases
  • Participate in the review of solution design documentation
Essential Skillset:
  • 2+ years in a similar Business Analysis role 
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve goals
  • Experience working across multiple platforms and technologies
  • Proven ability to elicit and document meaningful business requirements
  • Prove ability to understand and document business processes using standard notation 
  • Experience in influencing others and obtaining consensus
  • Experience in documenting and implementing web-based, web-enabled and mobile business applications
  • BPMN process modeling
