Troocoo are currently working with an incredible, innovative and dynamic organisation based on the Gold Coast who are currently requiring some additional support during this busy period.
  
We are seeking an experienced property coordinator who is available immediately for a 3 month temporary assignment.

Property Coordinator roles are such a critical position within many organisations and are very much the “go to” person for a lot of people. You will be responsible for anything from being the main point of contact for any visitors to providing day to day team support.

Key duties can also include:
  • First point of contact for customers face to face and over the phone
  • Assist with managing email inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Accurate data entry and electronic file management
  • Directing visitors
  • Document formatting
  • Team support
  • Formatting documents
  • Scanning and filing
  • Adhoc administration duties
The successful applicant will be immediately available, have a general property coordination background and be looking to further develop within administration and professional services. In addition, strong communication skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise.
