Viola’s expertise lies in her belief and understanding of Troocoo’s long-term vision and values, her dependability, loyalty, accountability, and her indisputable duty of care to all the internal and external stakeholders she works with.
Viola is a committed, self-motivated team player who is experienced in forward planning to meet tight deadlines, project management, and consistently taking initiative at all levels.
Viola has been in the recruitment industry for 18 years. Her expertise and grounding began in her role as a recruitment coordinator where she quickly progressed to the role of executive assistant to the executive and boards team at one of Queensland’s leading agencies.
Her personality, work ethic, and business acumen saw her progress to being a consultant, utilising the invaluable knowledge she had gained, specialising in business services and accounting support.
Viola’s passion, however, lies in constantly thinking best practice for the business, processes and support the business where she can. Viola has been exposed daily to engaging with executives, both internally and externally, which provides her with detailed, firsthand knowledge of the skills, experience, and personal attributes required to be successful.
