Stephanie brings 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce strategy and organisational transformation. She has partnered with leading institutions across both public and private sectors including IAG, Deloitte, CBA and the City of Sydney to deliver scalable, people-focused solutions. 
With expertise across MSP, RPO and embedded advisory models, Stephanie is known for her empathetic and strategic approach, strong stakeholder engagement and ability to align talent strategies with evolving business needs. She has led large-scale redeployment programs and consistently drives growth, navigates change and enhances both candidate and client experience.
At Troocoo, Stephanie works directly with a key client, deeply embedded into their day-to-day operations within the Troocoo People Advisory function, She is responsible for cradle-to-grave recruitment practices for this partner whilst providing stratetic direction and insight to help shape the process.
