National Operations Manager

Stephanie is the national operations manager at Troocoo. She originally joined the Troocoo team as an executive assistant in 2018 and now manages operations for both our Queensland and New South Wales Offices as well as the day-to-day management of both offices.

Steph is responsible for all onboarding of new employees, implementing new processes and policies. Her primary focus is to increase the efficiency, quality and productivity of Troocoo. She has extensive experience with business administration, assisting key stakeholders, colleagues, clients, and candidates.

A committed leader, Steph focuses on the core values of quality, reliability, teamwork, and relationships in her day-to-day role. She has a genuine passion for client and candidate experience and is committed to ensuring our clients and candidate have an exceptional experience with Troocoo no matter how big or small their dealings.

Steph is invested in people, and her passion for her job and the wider Troocoo network makes her extremely personable and an integral part of the Troocoo team. She is a highly organised, diligent, and an extremely effective communicator, providing all Troocoo employees, clients, and candidates with a level of comfort and trust in their interaction with Troocoo. 

During her more than 10 years’ experience working in the high-demand professional services industry, Stephanie has spent seven years in the legal industry, where she gained the experience to work autonomously while producing outcomes. Stephanie was the paralegal for the managing director and her day consisted of attending client meetings to take briefs, producing documents, as well as key stakeholder management. This experience has allowed her to move into a managerial role at Troocoo, where the experience she gained while working in law allows Stephanie to effectively communicate with team members at all levels to improve staff performance and morale.
