Richard is an Advisor to the Board at Troocoo. He brings a wealth of experience and an outstanding track record of helping businesses to grow and be successful.
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in both the UK and Australia, Richard started his commercial career with Marks & Spencer in the UK. He moved to Australia in 1997, where he joined Colorado Group, working on the successful IPO and first three years as a listed entity. Richard then joined Flight Centre, where amongst many achievements he successfully ran the $120m acquisition of a large corporate travel business in the UK.
Richard has extensive recruitment industry experience, having been CFO at Hudson and founded the niche executive search firm Hattonneale. Following a very successful stint as CFO at Careers Australia, Richard spent several years working with a number of SMEs, managing their transition from small to medium/large sized enterprises.
Richard brings financial acumen, commercial awareness and strategic insight to Troocoo. He has extensive M&A, capital raising and IPO experience, as well as a strong background in strategic planning and business reorganisation.
