Director

Mark is the Director of our Technology, Data and Transformation division at Troocoo and is responsible for growing our QLD business and working with the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.

Mark is an accomplished Recruitment Leader with a 24-year track record in the technology industry. After studying Economics, Mark started his career in the Netherlands and UK before moving to Brisbane in 2004. His experience includes diverse leadership roles, including spearheading the Queensland region for a prominent national technology recruitment specialist, pioneering a tech recruitment start-up, and establishing a Global Delivery Centre for a major IT Services company.

In his tenure, Mark has consistently demonstrated a keen understanding of the local business and technology landscape, fostering strong client partnerships and nurturing an extensive talent network. Mark is a values-driven people leader with proven experience of cultivating high-performing teams and is a great addition to the Troocoo team.
