Liz Compton is a senior HR and People & Culture executive with more than 30 years’ experience partnering with boards, executive teams, and leaders across complex, fast-growing, and highly regulated organisations in Australia and Europe. Her career spans senior leadership roles with organisations including Auto & General (Budget Direct, Compare the Market), National Australia Bank (NAB), and BP (Castrol).

With extensive experience as a Group Chief People Officer, Liz also provides expert advice on performance management frameworks, organisational design, restructures and right-sizing, employee relations, HR governance, policies and procedures, and remuneration and benefits design and benchmarking. Her Board and Remuneration Committee experience ensures advice is commercially sound, compliant and aligned to long-term organisational objectives.
