A Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience, she has led finance teams and delivered strategic projects across major law firms and recruitment organisations.
Kate’s background spans governance, systems transformation, and process improvement. She combines a sharp analytical mindset with a collaborative leadership style and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
At Troocoo, Kate oversees the company’s financial operations, including cash flow forecasting, payroll, month-end reporting, tax compliance, and budgeting. She ensures sound governance, risk management, and cost control processes are in place, while partnering closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders to drive performance and strategic growth.
