Anisha is the Group General Manager Finance at Troocoo.

Anisha has over 8 years’ experience working in finance roles within the Recruitment and Staffing sector. Through her experience, Anisha has directed her skills and focus on excellence in management reporting, process improvement, system selection and implementation. In doing so, this skillset has enabled Anisha to support organisations at varied stages of their growth.

Anisha developed a strong foundation in accounting by starting her career at one of the ‘Big 4’ Accounting firms. Her passion for finance and people saw her begin and then continue to pursue her career in the Recruitment and Staffing sector.

Through her experience, Anisha has developed an interest in creating efficiencies in both operational and finance processes by way of system automation and process simplification. This has ultimately resulted in the production of timely and accurate reporting to ensure leadership teams are making meaningful data led decisions.

Anisha embraces her financial role at Troocoo with her passion for people, numbers and change management, and demonstrates a high-level of problem solving, trust, approachability and organisation in her role.
