Liana Callaghan is a Founding Director at Troocoo and a senior search and selection specialist working as part of the Human Resources and Executive Search team. Liana has developed an extensive network within the national HR, talent & WHS market and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience. Liana has a genuine passion and desire to help people and the business community be successful by connecting individual aspiration with organisational capability. Through Liana’s role, her focus is to work with c-suite and human resource leaders, supporting them to find both generalist and specialist human resource professionals in the HR network and to work closely with senior level HR candidates to explore their next career move.
With over 15 years in the recruitment industry in Australia, Liana has had the opportunity to work with a variety of organisations and industries, from start-ups to blue-chip and government organisations. Currently leading our Troocoo HR, Talent & WHS recruitment division, Liana’s prior experience has seen her partner with clients and candidates across a diverse range of roles within corporate services at a senior level. Having worked for several recruitment and search firms in Australia, both local and global organisations, as well as leading teams, Liana has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and experience for anyone she partners with.
