UKG Pro Administrator

We’re partnering with a leading Australian organisation to find a UKG Pro Administrator, who can step into a pivotal role supporting and enhancing their UKG Pro environment. This isn’t just about maintaining a system, it’s about shaping how it’s used across the business, improving processes, and helping teams get the most out of it.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, playing a key role in driving adoption, improving governance, and supporting ongoing enhancements. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of systems, people, and continuous improvement.

About the role
This is a varied and hands-on position where no two days look the same. You’ll be the go-to for UKG Pro support while also contributing to broader improvements and initiatives.

You’ll be:
  • Supporting and enhancing the UKG Pro system across the business
  • Driving adoption through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
  • Contributing to the development of processes, governance frameworks, and tools
  • Managing and prioritising incoming requests and support activities
  • Playing a key role in system testing, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Creating clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials
  • Supporting change activities and system rollouts
About you
You’re someone who enjoys connecting the dots between systems, processes, and people.

You’ll bring:
  • Experience working with UKG Pro or Kronos (essential)
  • A proactive mindset with a natural ability to identify improvements
  • Strong communication skills so that you can simplify the complex and bring others on the journey
  • Experience supporting system users, training stakeholders, or driving adoption
  • The ability to juggle competing priorities and keep things moving
  • A detail-oriented approach, particularly around documentation and process consistency
