We’re partnering with a leading Australian organisation to find a UKG Pro Administrator, who can step into a pivotal role supporting and enhancing their UKG Pro environment. This isn’t just about maintaining a system, it’s about shaping how it’s used across the business, improving processes, and helping teams get the most out of it.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, playing a key role in driving adoption, improving governance, and supporting ongoing enhancements. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of systems, people, and continuous improvement.

About the role

You’ll be:
- Supporting and enhancing the UKG Pro system across the business
- Driving adoption through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Contributing to the development of processes, governance frameworks, and tools
- Managing and prioritising incoming requests and support activities
- Playing a key role in system testing, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Creating clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials
- Supporting change activities and system rollouts
You’re someone who enjoys connecting the dots between systems, processes, and people.
You’ll bring:
- Experience working with UKG Pro or Kronos (essential)
- A proactive mindset with a natural ability to identify improvements
- Strong communication skills so that you can simplify the complex and bring others on the journey
- Experience supporting system users, training stakeholders, or driving adoption
- The ability to juggle competing priorities and keep things moving
- A detail-oriented approach, particularly around documentation and process consistency
