Troocoo Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a short term contract opportunity supporting Theodore MPHS.
This opportunity is ideal for a confident rural clinician who is comfortable managing a broad range of presentations across emergency, acute care and aged care environments.
Location:
Theodore MPHS – Queensland
Contract Dates:
6 July 2026 – 2 August 2026
About the Role
Working within a rural healthcare setting, you will provide safe and effective patient care while supporting the local multidisciplinary team.
You will be required to assess and manage a variety of clinical presentations, respond to urgent care needs and work confidently within a rural environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Rural nursing experience
• Emergency nursing experience
• Acute care experience
• Advanced Life Support
• Triage experience
• Resuscitation experience
• IV Cannulation competency
• Experience supporting aged care services
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
Mandatory Requirement:
• Current Aged Care Check required
