These positions will require you to wear many hats and utilise your strong organisational and communication skills. The temporary contracts now available range from administration and business support officer, executive support officers and project support officers. Within these roles you will be responsible for providing critical day-to-day support to mid-senior level managers or broader teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the work program and administration of the office ensuring the effective dissemination of information, achievement of work priorities and deadlines are met.
- Quality check and prepare correspondence, reports, submissions, presentations, and speeches as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and networks with internal and external clients and stakeholders
- Arranging accommodation, events, hospitality, and travel arrangements as required.
- Preparing reports, correspondence, internal communications, and presentations including compilation and research, statistics, agenda papers etc.
You are highly organised, outcomes focused and experienced business support functions. You will be articulate, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and pride yourself on your strong stakeholder management skills. You will thrive within a fast paced, everchanging environment that will require you to adapt and reprioritise depending on business needs.
