Australia's largest end-to-end aged care provider, is establishing a dedicated Workday Support Team and is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support and enhance its workforce and corporate systems landscape. 

Reporting to the Corporate Business Systems Manager, you'll work closely with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance and Technology to deliver system improvements, support integrations, and ensure Workday continues to meet evolving business needs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
• Support Workday enhancements, integrations and optimisation initiatives
• Develop process maps, interface documentation and data mappings
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
• Work with technical teams and vendors to design and deliver solutions
• Support system, integration and user acceptance testing
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and user experience
• Analyse downstream impacts across workforce, payroll and related platforms.

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Workday
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows
• Exposure to workforce management, HRIS and payroll systems
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience supporting testing and change delivery activities
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
