Currently sourcing a Talent Acquisition Specialist ideally based in Sydney, to support this growth.  

About The Role
In this Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you will deliver end to end recruitment across the business. Working closely with hiring managers you will ensure that Karbon are attracting and retaining top talent in the market. You will focus on candidate care and ensuring that their experience with the Karbon brand is exceptional on every occasion. In this role you will have the ability to influence the recruitment strategy moving forward, while updating leaders on market trends and best practice procedures. Day to day you will –
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, shortlisting & reference checking.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline and talent pool of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system ensuring a clean and up to date database.
  • Create and all necessary recruitment materials eg. processes, procedures, interview guides.
About You
To be successful in this Talent Acquisition Role you will be confident in your recruitment abilities. Delivering end to end recruitment across a range of roles, ideally you will have exposure to technical recruitment. Adapting to change will come naturally as you actively seek continuous improvement of processes. From a brand perspective, you will be passionate about the reputation of the business and deliver a candidate experience that reflects the high performing culture. You will also have –
  • End to end recruitment / talent acquisition experience in a corporate of agency setting.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing a leading ATS and exceptional organisational and prioritization skills.
  • A positive attitude and confidence in your ability to build and manage relationship with key stakeholders.
