We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while developing your expertise in recruitment and candidate care. About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the Talent and HR team with end-to-end coordination, including:
  • Scheduling and booking interviews
  • Liaising with candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinating medicals, background checks, and verifying certificates/licences
  • Assisting with onboarding of new starters
  • Supporting with systems, reporting, and general TA administration
  • Managing competing priorities and expectations across a busy team
  • Administration support

  • Tech savvy and confident in picking up new systems quickly
  • A strong communicator with a high sense of urgency
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
