This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning their desk, building genuine relationships, and delivering consistent results within a collaborative, values-led environment.

About the Role

• Manage and grow a 360 recruitment desk across contract and permanent roles
• Build trusted relationships with Government clients and candidates
• Drive business development activity while delivering on existing engagements
• Deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment processes
• Maintain strong pipeline management, activity levels and forecasting

You’ll be part of a high-performing team that supports each other, shares knowledge, and takes pride in doing recruitment the right way. We are seeking experienced recruiters with ideally Technology recruitment experience, but open to all verticals.
