Our client, a leading organisation in the higher education sector, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery and support of key enterprise systems. 
This is an exciting opportunity to guide a talented group of 5–6 people while shaping the strategic direction of critical university systems.
The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong people leadership, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure systems are fit-for-purpose, widely adopted, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery and operational support of CRM, GRC, and Records Management systems (Oracle Service CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, TRIM, or equivalent).
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 5–6 direct reports. 
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and promoting adoption of enterprise systems.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation in enterprise applications.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, service levels, and contract outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Promote and embed cyber security best practices across all systems.
About You
  • Extensive experience in enterprise applications management, ideally with CRM, records, or finance systems.
  • Background in higher education, government, or other regulated industries. 
  • Proven people leader with experience mentoring, developing, and managing teams.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, able to negotiate, influence, and drive adoption across complex organisations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on team and peer engagement.
