Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and operational support of CRM, GRC, and Records Management systems (Oracle Service CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, TRIM, or equivalent).
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 5–6 direct reports.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and promoting adoption of enterprise systems.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation in enterprise applications.
- Oversee vendor relationships, service levels, and contract outcomes.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Promote and embed cyber security best practices across all systems.
- Extensive experience in enterprise applications management, ideally with CRM, records, or finance systems.
- Background in higher education, government, or other regulated industries.
- Proven people leader with experience mentoring, developing, and managing teams.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, able to negotiate, influence, and drive adoption across complex organisations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on team and peer engagement.
- Lead a team in a strategic, high-impact role within the higher education sector.
