Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a global, high-performing organisation in the Brisbane market, currently seeking a high-calibre HR Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This opportunity offers exposure across the full employee lifecycle, with a clear pathway to build capability at a HR Advisor level within a structured, fast-paced environment.
This is not a typical coordination role, you will work closely with experienced HR Business Partners, gaining hands-on exposure to policy interpretation, case support, and broader people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners to support day-to-day HR delivery
- Assist with policy interpretation and HR-related queries
- Maintain and manage employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Prepare and update employment contracts and documentation
- Support employee lifecycle activities and transactional changes
- Assist with reporting and analysis of workforce data
- Support case management processes and HR enquiries
- Manage the HR inbox and ticketing system
- Liaise with payroll to ensure seamless employee outcomes
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Previous experience within a HR Coordinator or HR Advisor role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work
- Comfortable operating within a structured, process-driven environment
- Strong systems capability, including HRIS and Excel
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in the HR Space
