About the Role As a Senior Claims Consultant, you'll play a key role in managing claims from lodgement through to resolution, delivering outstanding service while making informed decisions and supporting customers during challenging times.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end claims with professionalism and empathy
• Investigating claims and gathering accurate information
• Assessing liability and making sound, timely decisions
• Providing exceptional customer service across phone and digital channels
• Managing customer expectations and resolving complex enquiries
• Working closely with repairers, assessors and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate claim records and documentation
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes and claims efficiency

About You

We're looking for experienced claims professionals who bring:

• Previous experience managing insurance claims (essential)
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
