About the role: 
As QTC embarks on a new and exciting organisational journey, the Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition will play a key role in future proofing talent acquisition requirements across QTC. With a passion for talent, innovation, and outcomes you will lead end-to-end recruitment across QTC while continuously looking at ways to enhance employer brand, and talent systems and processes.
This position will be a trusted partner to the leaders across QTC as you work to provide guidance, market insights and support across all talent and recruitment processes. You will be the brand advocate for QTC in the market, continuing to look at ways of enhancing employer brand, attraction, candidate experience and hiring decisions. As the subject matter expert across talent, you will drive new opportunities for QTC to attract and retain the best possible talent in market.
Key responsibilities include: 
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across QTC.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement attraction and recruitment strategies.
  • Continue to build and develop strategic talent pools in key areas.
  • Work to enhance recruitment systems and processes, including the implementation of the HRIS recruitment module.
  • Support the People and Culture team building capability of leaders across QTC.
  • Lead key talent projects, including across graduate recruitment, employer branding, systems, and channel partnerships.
  • Ensure an incredible candidate experience right through to onboarding within QTC.
  • Analyse talent data to inform key talent and attraction decisions.
About you: 
You will be an experienced senior talent specialist with previous experience partnering with senior leaders, coaching them through end-to-end recruitment processes, and being their trusted partner on all talent and recruitment requirements. You will bring a proactive and innovative approach, continuously looking ahead to ensure talent pipelines are robust and in-line with future business requirements. Previous experience working within financial or professional services will be highly desirable.
Candidate and customer experience will be at the core of everything you do as you work to enhance the end-to-end talent offering within a high performing environment. Ideally, you will be tertiary-qualified in human resource management and/or organisational psychology, or will have significant equivalent contribution.
