Senior Administrator

Job description

Overview of the Role:
Join a growing childcare organisation during an exciting period of expansion, supporting a major integration project transitioning a large portfolio of early learning centres into an established network. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working closely with the Program Manager to keep the project running smoothly.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, action logs and status reports
  • Attend project meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes
  • Track outstanding actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability
  • Maintain a well-structured RAID register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions)
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations and executive reporting materials
  • Support document version control, distribution and governance requirements
  • Build effective relationships across departments to support project delivery
Experience Required:
  • Previous experience as an EA, PA, Project Administrator, Team Coordinator or similar
  • Strong inbox, meeting and documentation management skills
  • Confident following up with senior stakeholders and holding people accountable
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Exposure to project environments or integration programs highly regarded
  
Key Details:
  • Immediate start
  • $40/hr + super 
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • 100% in office — Nundah
  • 6 month contract
