Our client is an innovative leader in the field of mobile technology. With the continuous expansion of their business, they are now looking seeking a hard-working Sales Administrator to join the team.

As a Sales Support Administrator you will support the Sales and wider teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound correspondence via email and phone
  • Processing sales orders
  • Assist with onboarding of new customers
  • Provide high level customer service/support
  • Maintain a detailed record of every customer interaction and process customer account information
  • Support the sales team across various tasks
 To be successful in this position, you will possess:  
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative function
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail with skills in multi-tasking, problem solving and thinking on your feet
  • Computer literacy with MS Office
 This is a permanent position based in Brisbane CBD working Monday to Friday.
