Troocoo is partnering with a Queensland Government agency to recruit multiple experienced Registry Officers (AO3) for a contract opportunity based in Brisbane CBD. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration, file management, and client service experience who can operate effectively in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
You will play a key role in managing and progressing files, providing frontline support to stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring matters are actioned in line with established procedures and timeframes.

You will play a key role in managing and progressing files, providing frontline support to stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring matters are actioned in line with established procedures and timeframes.
Mandatory Details
- Pay rate: $51.12 per hour + super labour hire contract
- Location: Brisbane CBD
- Contract: Until 26 June 2026, with potential extension
- Availability: Immediate start required (no notice periods)
- Must be able to pass a criminal history check.
- Manage and progress files in line with registry procedures
- Provide frontline support via phone, email, and in person
- Respond to enquiries and support timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and case documentation
- Prepare correspondence and provide administrative support
- Support continuous improvement across registry processes
- Experience in registry services, administration, case management, or legal support - previous Government experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and file management capability
- Excellent client service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, structured environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
