Troocoo Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an ongoing permanent opportunity within an aged care setting in Yackandandah, VIC.

This role offers 4 night shifts per fortnight on an ongoing basis, making it a great opportunity for an RN looking for consistent hours and a permanent position within aged care.

About the Role

• Permanent ongoing position
• 4 night shifts per fortnight

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents
• Work collaboratively with care and clinical teams
• Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records

About You We are looking for an RN who:

• Holds current AHPRA registration
• Has experience working in aged care, or a strong interest in the sector
• Is confident working night shifts
• Has strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Is reliable, compassionate and resident-focused
• Can work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
• Has current and valid compliance documentation
