Troocoo Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a temporary placement within the Nurse Bank team in Mackay. 

This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys variety and is confident working across multiple clinical environments.

About the Role Nurse Bank provides clinical and non clinical support across multiple areas of the hospital, assisting with roster gaps, leave, increased workloads and changing service needs.

During the placement, you may be required to work across areas including:

• Medical G2 Ward
• Medical F2 Ward
• F0 Orthopaedic Ward
• G0 Ward – Acute Assessment, Stroke & Medical
• General Surgical Unit (GSU)
• Emergency Department
• Mental Health Inpatient Unit
• Extended Day Surgery Unit (EDSU)

What We're Looking For To be considered, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years' clinical experience
• Recent clinical currency
• Strong medical and/or surgical nursing experience
• Ability to confidently adapt to different clinical environments
• Availability for the full contract period
• Flexibility to work rotating 8, 10 and 12-hour shifts
