Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents
• Provide clinical leadership and support to care staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and legislation
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About You

• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across a rotating roster (all shifts)
• Sound knowledge of WHS and infection control practices
