Troocoo Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Registered Midwife or Dual Registered Midwife for a short-term contract in Gladstone.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a midwife looking for a regional Queensland contract with the opportunity to work across a busy maternity service.

About the Role You will be working within the maternity service and should be confident across:

• Maternity
• Birth Suite
• Ante Natal & Post Natal care
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation
• Supporting women throughout their maternity journey
• Working autonomously while contributing positively to the wider maternity team

Nurse Grade: 5
Contract: asap – 06/10/2026
Hours: 76 hours per fortnight
Shifts: Day & Night shifts, including weekends
On Call: Yes
Location: Gladstone, Queensland

Travel & Accommodation | Assistance and Allowance Provided. 

What You Will Need To be considered, you must have:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Relevant maternity experience
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation
• Ante/Post Natal experience
• Birth Suite experience
