Troocoo are excited to be partnering with a well-known government-owned organisation to recruit their next receptionist due to an internal promotion. This position will be for an initial 6 months with the view to go permanent for the right candidate.

In this position you will be responsible for the day to day running of the reception area. This will include a variety of tasks including the following:
  • Greeting clients and customers in a warm and friendly manner;
  • Initial point of contact for all incoming calls;
  • Email inbox management;
  • Providing assistance to the CEO’s Executive Assistant on occasion;
  • Providing assistance to the recruitment team;
  • Adhoc administrative duties as required;
We are looking for an administrative professional that thrives within a team environment. You will pride yourself on your high level of attention to detail and take ownership and accountability for your work and outcomes. You will have a customer service approach in all you do and enjoy keeping busy around the office through your proactive approaches.
