About the role:

This an exciting 12 month fixed-term contract opportunity for a Marketing professional to lead our Marketing division at Troocoo. Leading our high energy and fast-paced marketing team, you will support in the following areas:
  • Lead the delivery of the set brand and marketing strategies across the Troocoo Group, partnering with key stakeholders to create effective and efficient strategies.
  • Oversee and enable the marketing team activities, budgets, and calendars, including events, social media schedules and content marketing plans.
  • Manage current and forecasted key sponsorships and partnerships, including regular engagement with partners and internal stakeholders to maximise the partnerships.
  • In conjunction with an external consultancy, manage and deliver the Troocoo Employer Branding strategy including the Troocoo EVP.
About you:  
  • Experience leading and coordinating a small marketing team or division, driving project outcomes.
  • Confident performer with project management experience specific to delivering marketing outcomes, including multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • You will be highly structured and organised in your work style with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong cultural alignment, our values should resonate with you.
  • Outcomes-focused individual with an energetic & positive attitude.
  • Happy to work autonomously on certain deliverables.
