Key Responsibilities Include
- Manage a portfolio of residential repair claims through the repair lifecycle
- Follow up outstanding inspections, reports, scopes, approvals and repair milestones
- Coordinate builders and internal stakeholders to remove delays and resolve issues
- Monitor ageing claims, inactivity reports and service level requirements
- Prioritise work based on customer impact, urgency and risk
- Maintain accurate records, action plans and progress updates
- Escalate ongoing issues and support recovery plans where required
- Ensure a positive customer experience through proactive communication and follow up
About You
- Experience in an expeditor, operations/logistics coordination, supplier management or a similar role
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high volume environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience working to service levels, KPIs or performance measures will be highly regarded
