We are seeking an experienced and highly capable office coordinator who enjoys working as part of a busy and dynamic team. This critical position ensures the smooth running of day-to-day office operations, including managing the shared information inbox, responding to enquiries in a polite and timely manner, taking phone calls, reception desk coverage, scanning and filing, and general administration duties. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a great organization which could potentially lead to something more permanent and extend you skill set. Paying $35 to $45 per hour depending on experience.
About You
To be successful for this role, you will be available for an immediate start to work in a full-time capacity for the next three months. You will ideally bring:
- Demonstrated experience in an administration, reception, or customer service role.
- Proactive can-do attitude and positive approach to all tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Ability to work well both autonomously and within a team environment.
- Strong organisation skills and attention-to-detail.
