Technical Lead : Enterprise Financial Systems
  
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead specialising in Financial Systems & ERP Platforms (SAP) to lead the ongoing optimisation, governance, support and enhancement of Enterprise Finance Systems across a complex organisational environment.
  
This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who combines deep SAP ECC6 capability with strong stakeholder engagement, technical configuration skills and people leadership. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial systems are stable, scalable, integrated and aligned to strategic business objectives while leading a high-performing team through continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
  
About the Role:
  
Reporting to the General Manager Business Performance, you will be responsible for leading the finance systems function across ERP platforms, business intelligence tools and reporting environments.
You will provide both strategic and hands-on leadership across:

• SAP ECC6 configuration, maintenance and optimisation
• ERP integrations and financial systems governance
• Financial data integrity, controls and audit support
• Systems upgrades, enhancements and implementations
• Business process improvement and automation
• Data governance and reporting structures
• Stakeholder engagement across finance, technology and executive teams
• Leadership, mentoring and development of a specialist systems team

This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between finance and technology, bringing a commercially minded and technically capable approach to enterprise systems leadership.
  
Key Technical Requirements:
  
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Extensive experience with SAP ECC6 including strong configuration and integration capability across:
• FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling)
• MM (Materials Management)
• SD (Sales & Distribution)
• PS (Project Systems)
• Strong systems accounting and ERP leadership experience
• Proven experience managing enterprise finance applications and integrations
• Expertise in financial data governance, controls and reporting structures
• Experience supporting and enhancing BI, CPM and reporting platforms
• Advanced analytical capability including complex data analysis and reporting
• Experience leading system upgrades, testing, implementations and transformation initiatives
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 and business intelligence/reporting platforms will be highly regarded, but not mandatory.

About You
You will ideally possess:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior finance systems or systems accounting leadership role
• Demonstrated experience operating within large, complex enterprise environments
• Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Business, Information Technology or related discipline
