Troocoo have partnered with a leading not-for-profit in the disability support sector, to assist them with finding a IT Service Management Specialist with extensive experience with Service Now to join the team in a full-time permanent role. 

About the role: 

Reporting to the Manager ICT Operations you will be responsible for developing and implementing ICT service management processes, configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform and taking the lead on assigned ITIL processes.

Other key duties will include:

- Establishing and maintaining consistent and uniform documentation standards
- Reviewing and improving existing ICT policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices
- Assess business impact and urgency, declare major incident and trigger business continuity procedures or disaster recovery approval processes 
- Lead post incident review meetings and drive root cause identification and actionable/well defined corrective/preventative action plans
- Facilitate the coordination of problem investigation and mitigation, adhering to process and in-line with performance targets

The successful candidate will have:

- 5 + years of Industry experience in ICT and/or Business related disciplines within a complex ICT environment
- ITIL v3/v4 certifications and ServiceNow certifications; or willingness to obtain
- Thorough knowledge of IT Service Management as a practice
- Ability to perform business analysis and process mapping
- High level of interpersonal skill and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
