The role:

Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Project Manager to join a high-performing Information Services team. This role will require you to be responsible for leading the successful delivery of IT projects across a variety of business units, with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder engagement, agile delivery, and project transparency.
Working closely with teams across Information Services and Operations, you'll help implement technology solutions that support new ways of working, improve operational efficiency, and enable our ongoing digital transformation.


Key responsibilities:

• Deliver technology projects aligned with the IS Project Roadmap
• Maintain project governance artefacts in line with organisational requirements
• Support the planning and implementation of enabling IT services and risk management
• Promote and support agile delivery practices across project streams
• Produce high-quality reports and dashboards on performance, risks, and issues
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external vendors
• Ensure that change management and operational readiness are embedded in delivery
• Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to support broader team priorities
• Maintain alignment of solution design with support and maintenance models
• Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance, and team culture initiatives

Key Requirements 

• Demonstrated experience delivering IT or business technology projects
• Strong knowledge of project governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk reporting
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies and delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing documentation, vendor interaction, and solution readiness
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams
• A proactive and adaptable mindset with a commitment to quality and accountability
