About the role

As the IR Administrator, you will support the Employee Relations team in ensuring that Domino’s stores are compliant with employment law obligations across Australia and New Zealand. You will be required to analyse and synthesise data from multiple systems to support compliance investigations.
This role will require you to develop and apply an understanding of the relevant Award to complete auditing activities and to educate Domino’s Franchisees and Managers on their compliance obligations. You will also review and maintain records within various payroll and time and attendance systems.
Reporting into the Senior Industrial Relations Advisor, you will assist in the design, coordination and implementation of compliance projects that are critically important to the broader business.

You will understand (or learn) the concepts involved with employment law compliance, and will apply critical thinking to raw data to assist the business in achieving its compliance objectives. Your can-do attitude and ability to contribute to a positive and fun team environment will ensure you are a great fit for Domino’s. 
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and work autonomously without supervision
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fundamentals of Excel required, intermediate to advanced skills highly regarded
  • Experience with payroll and time and attendance systems highly regarded.
