 About the Opportunity

Troocoo are partnering with an established organisation in seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on an immediate temporary basis. This role will see you partnering closely with leaders across a broad range of operational HR matters, with a strong focus on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.

This is a fast-paced environment requiring a confident and proactive HR professional who can step in quickly and provide practical, commercially focused support.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle
• Manage and support ER matters including performance management, investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes
• Provide IR advice in line with relevant legislation, awards and enterprise agreements
• Partner with leaders to support workforce and people-related matters
• Assist with policy interpretation and HR best practice guidance
• Support organisational change and workforce initiatives where required
• Maintain accurate documentation and case management records

About You
• Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
• Strong ER and IR capability is essential
• Sound understanding of Fair Work legislation, awards and enterprise agreements
• Ability to manage sensitive and complex matters with professionalism and discretion
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Available to commence immediately or at short notice
• Hold a current Blue Card
