We are seeking an experienced and collaborative HR Business Partner to join the People, Capability and Culture team on a short-term contract. In this role, you will work closely with a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality human resource and industrial relations advice across a large, complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely HR and employee relations advice across a broad range of workplace matters, including case management, in line with relevant legislation, policies and frameworks
- Build strong partnerships with business units, coaching and supporting managers in contemporary HR practices and strategies
- Support and deliver HR projects focused on continuous improvement, capability development and operational efficiency
- Prepare and review briefing papers, correspondence, presentations and other documentation
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing, documentation and participation in team forums
- Work across the People, Capability and Culture branch to implement coordinated solutions and initiatives
- Utilise workforce data and insights to inform decision-making and enhance service delivery
- Assist in coordinating projects and working groups, including facilitating meetings and developing supporting materials
- Undertake additional tasks as required
