Troocoo is proud to be partnering with Sunny Queen in the search for an experienced and hands-on Head of Marketing to oversee their Marketing & Innovation team and drive brand growth, customer engagement, and product innovation.

About the Role
As Head of Marketing, you will steer the development and execution of integrated marketing and innovation strategies across Sunny Queen’s portfolio. You will oversee the Marketing & Innovation team, champion the brand, and collaborate closely with commercial and customer-facing teams to drive product and brand growth.
This is a senior, hands-on role where strategic thinking meets execution. You’ll be rolling up your sleeves while shaping high-level marketing and innovation outcomes that make a real difference for the business and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and innovative culture.
- Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term marketing strategies that drive brand growth, product performance, and customer engagement.
- Drive go-to-market strategies for new products and innovations across shell eggs, meal solutions, and liquid egg products.
- Translate customer and consumer insights into actionable plans that deliver category performance and commercial outcomes.
- Oversee marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, national accounts, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead and drive the innovation pipeline, ensuring a clear pathway from concept through to successful market delivery
- 7–10+ years’ marketing experience within FMCG, preferably packaged food
- Proven track record in launching new products and driving business growth
- Strong experience managing high-performing teams, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent
- Commercially minded with understanding of budgets, P&L, and campaign ROI
- Experience across B2B and B2C channels, retail, and consumer insights
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable, with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field
