About the Role


Working closely with senior IT leadership, you will provide proactive and confidential executive support, enabling effective time management, coordination, and delivery of key priorities.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex diaries, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing high-level documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas, and action items across multiple stakeholders
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external enquiries
  • Supporting project documentation, approvals, and contract-related processes
  • Assisting with financial administration, reporting, and budget support
  • Managing priorities and workflows to ensure deadlines are met

About You


You are a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You thrive on managing competing priorities and bringing structure to complex workflows.
You will bring:

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Confidence working with systems, reports, and documentation
Experience supporting IT or technical teams will be highly regarded but not essential.
