About the Role As the EUC Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising End User Computing services, with a strong focus on building and supporting a new Windows 11 Standard Operating Environment (SOE) across HP devices. Working closely with a team of L2–L3 support staff, you’ll lead the technical delivery of endpoint services and ensure secure, scalable, and modern desktop experiences across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing SOE & Endpoint Management
- Design and build a Windows 11 SOE (HP hardware)
- Lead SOE support during the enterprise rollout
- Manage MECM (SCCM), Intune, Group Policy and application deployments
- Deploy and patch operating systems and software securely and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain endpoint protection and antivirus systems
- Provide advanced support for complex incidents and service requests
- Perform daily administration tasks and ensure 24/7 endpoint availability
- Proactively identify and resolve recurring issues
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare standards
- Collaborate with leadership to improve IT service delivery
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate system updates
- Support a positive and inclusive rollout aligned with organisational values
- Proven experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
- Hands-on experience building and deploying multiple Windows desktop SOEs (Windows 11 preferred)
- Ability to manage complex technical projects and collaborate across departments
- Strong commitment to service, reliability, and continuous improvement
