Are you a passionate and hands-on EUC Systems Engineer ready to lead a Windows 11 rollout? Our health and aged care client is seeking an experienced technical professional to join their collaborative team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. About the Role As the EUC Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising End User Computing services, with a strong focus on building and supporting a new Windows 11 Standard Operating Environment (SOE) across HP devices. Working closely with a team of L2–L3 support staff, you’ll lead the technical delivery of endpoint services and ensure secure, scalable, and modern desktop experiences across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing SOE & Endpoint Management
  • Design and build a Windows 11 SOE (HP hardware)
  • Lead SOE support during the enterprise rollout
  • Manage MECM (SCCM), Intune, Group Policy and application deployments
  • Deploy and patch operating systems and software securely and efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain endpoint protection and antivirus systems
Service Delivery & Maintenance
  • Provide advanced support for complex incidents and service requests
  • Perform daily administration tasks and ensure 24/7 endpoint availability
  • Proactively identify and resolve recurring issues
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare standards
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve IT service delivery
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate system updates
  • Support a positive and inclusive rollout aligned with organisational values
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying multiple Windows desktop SOEs (Windows 11 preferred)
  • Ability to manage complex technical projects and collaborate across departments
  • Strong commitment to service, reliability, and continuous improvement
