- Governance & Frameworks: Define and implement project governance frameworks to streamline workflows, standardise practices, and improve project management processes.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report key performance indicators to track project performance and ensure the delivery of business case benefits and value realisation.
- Compliance & Improvement: Ensure adherence to project management methodologies while driving continuous improvement and integrating new tools where necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee accurate portfolio reporting and ensure early identification of issues through real-time progress monitoring.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate with Finance to implement financial processes, manage budgets, and optimise costs to maximise project value.
- Communication & Change Management: Work with People & Culture to ensure effective project communication, training, and change management processes are in place.
- Strategic Portfolio Management: Lead portfolio planning, manage cross-portfolio dependencies and risks, and align project prioritisation with strategic business objectives.
