The Opportunity
You will join the Emergency Department, delivering exceptional patient care across a broad range of presentations. This role requires strong clinical judgement, the ability to prioritise effectively, and confidence in triage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient centred care within the Emergency Department
- Undertake triage assessments in line with ATS guidelines
- Respond to acute and emergency presentations with efficiency and professionalism
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to best practice standards
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years' Emergency Department experience
- Demonstrated triage experience is essential
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
