Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare operations across the facility
- Provide clinical governance and professional nursing leadership
- Drive quality improvement, patient safety and compliance initiatives
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment and staff development
- Oversee operational budgets and resource management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a hospital, aged care or healthcare setting
- Strong clinical governance and quality management experience
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing operational and financial outcomes
